We want you to be fully satisfied with your Deftones merchandise; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must have original tags attached and be in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
